Now according to reports, DMX’s Lawyer of 25 years, Marry Richman spoke out to a local news company. DMX’s lawyer did confirm that DMX was in the hospital as a result of a heart attack, but he did not confirm that he had been using drugs.
DMX’s lawyer says he is currently surrounded by family and is still in what people are considering a “Grave Condition”
